I remember working at the Banff Springs Hotel in 1983-at the time prior to employment, I was living with my parents in Toronto-early 20s. The critical factor is the "Employer Form," which is required to submit to IRCC in many PNP programs. Many people already have good jobs and good wages and work in good companies, but unfortunately, their employers don't want to support the form that asks employers to consent to get access too much. For example, Ask to access their CRA account / other business information. Consequently, even if the province chooses them, they can't provide that form. This ruling (request to submit the employer form) does not apply to all. I propose changing it by removing this rule from the PNP program so Canada can maintain the TR who has a good job, which we can imply that if businesses hire them, it means that they need them to drive the business) And, of course, they already live in Canada and pay the country's tax on every pay stub.

Process applications for PR of only those TR that have completed or are on the verge of completing (conditional) their study or training, suitable for Canada's job market, and are in very good standing. Reject all others and deport without malice. Canada needs the brightest, highest quality immigrants that can serve Canada and its ageing population. Any TRs looking for cheap labor market jobs should be deported immediately. This is in the best interest of Canada.
